Affiliate Terms

Program Overview

• Approved affiliates receive a unique referral link and affiliate coupon code.
• A customer who uses an active affiliate code may receive a 5% discount.
• The referring affiliate may earn a 10% commission on a qualified sale unless GOBLIN LABS assigns a different rate.

Affiliate Approval

• Applications require approval unless auto-approval is enabled by an administrator.
• GOBLIN LABS may approve, reject, suspend, or remove an affiliate at its discretion.
• Only approved affiliates are eligible for tracked commissions and payouts.

Qualified Sales

A commission applies only when:

• The order is successfully paid and reaches the required order status.
• The order is tracked through a valid affiliate link or affiliate coupon code.
• The order is not cancelled, refunded, charged back, fraudulent, or self-referred.

Commission Calculation

• The standard commission is 10% of the commissionable order amount.
• The commissionable amount may exclude the customer discount, taxes, shipping, refunds, chargebacks, processing fees, and other non-product amounts.
• Self-purchases do not generate commissions when self-referral protection is enabled.

Customer Discount

• The standard customer discount is 5% when an active affiliate coupon is used.
• Discounts may be limited, changed, suspended, or excluded for certain products or promotions.
• Coupon stacking is controlled by WooCommerce and store policy.

Tracking and Attribution

• Tracking may occur through referral links, browser cookies, WooCommerce sessions, or affiliate coupon codes.
• The last valid affiliate attribution may take priority.
• The default referral cookie duration is 60 days unless changed by an administrator.
• GOBLIN LABS is not responsible for tracking failures caused by blocked cookies, browser privacy settings, third-party software, user error, or technical interruptions outside its reasonable control.

Payouts

• Commissions remain pending until the related order is approved and any holding period has passed.
• Payouts are available by bank transfer or as store credit. Bank transfers are sent manually by the administrator after reviewing each withdrawal request.
• Store credit is issued to a personal coupon code locked to the account email of the affiliate. It can only be spent on this store, is not transferable, and is not exchangeable for cash. Unused credit remains on the code, and credit is returned automatically if an order paid with it is cancelled or refunded.
• Payout schedules, minimum withdrawal amounts, tax documentation, and identity verification may be required before payment.
• GOBLIN LABS may delay or withhold payouts while reviewing fraud, refunds, chargebacks, policy violations, or compliance concerns.

Prohibited Activities

Affiliates may not:

• Make false, misleading, unapproved, or unsupported veterinary, health, performance, safety, or product claims.
• Represent themselves as employees, agents, veterinarians, or official spokespersons of GOBLIN LABS unless specifically authorized in writing.
• Use spam, deceptive advertising, impersonation, fake accounts, fake domains, bots, click farms, coupon abuse, or fraudulent traffic.
• Use alternate accounts, friends, relatives, or other methods to bypass self-referral restrictions.
• Modify approved brand materials in a way that creates inaccurate or misleading statements.

Brand Usage

• Affiliates may use approved brand names, links, coupon codes, QR codes, and marketing assets solely to promote GOBLIN LABS.
• Affiliates may not register confusingly similar domains, social media accounts, business names, or advertising identities.
• All brand use must stop when affiliate participation ends or when requested by GOBLIN LABS.

Advertising and Disclosure Compliance

• Affiliates are responsible for complying with FTC endorsement and disclosure requirements, advertising laws, platform rules, and all other applicable regulations.
• Affiliates must clearly disclose that they may earn a commission from qualifying purchases.

Refunds and Chargebacks

• Cancelled, refunded, failed, fraudulent, or charged-back orders may reverse the related commission.
• If a reversed commission was already paid, GOBLIN LABS may deduct it from future payouts or request repayment.

Termination

• Either party may end participation at any time.
• GOBLIN LABS may immediately disable links, codes, commissions, or payouts for fraud, abuse, misleading promotion, or policy violations.

Independent Contractor Status

• Affiliates are independent contractors and are not employees, partners, agents, or joint venture participants of GOBLIN LABS.

No Guaranteed Earnings

• GOBLIN LABS does not guarantee earnings, sales, traffic, conversions, or payout amounts.

Limitation of Liability

• GOBLIN LABS is not liable for indirect losses, lost revenue, lost opportunities, third-party platform issues, or tracking interruptions outside its reasonable control.

Program Changes

• GOBLIN LABS may update commission rates, discount rates, payout rules, eligibility requirements, and these terms.
• Continued participation after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised program terms.

Governing Rules

• These terms are governed by the applicable laws and regulations relevant to GOBLIN LABS and the affiliate relationship.
